Unlike flat rubber sheets or extruded rubber profiles, molded rubber products are formed into three-dimensional shapes that are designed for a particular function or assembly.

Molded rubber gaskets and seals are designed when standard gaskets don’t exist, and the capabilities of our die cutting or CNC capabilities may not be enough. to prevent the leakage of liquids, gases, oils, and other substances between mating surfaces or components. They are commonly used in pumps, valves, hydraulic systems, machinery, pipe connections, and industrial equipment.
Rubber grommets and bushings are used to protect components, isolate vibration, absorb movement, and prevent damage caused by friction or contact. Grommets can protect wires, cables, and hoses where they pass through panels or openings, while rubber bushings are often used to isolate mechanical connections.

Natural rubber is known for its excellent elasticity, resilience, tensile strength, and abrasion resistance. It is often considered for applications requiring flexibility, impact absorption, and good mechanical performance.
Nitrile rubber is commonly selected for applications requiring resistance to petroleum-based oils, fuels, and greases. It is frequently used in industrial sealing and fluid-handling applications.
EPDM offers excellent resistance to weathering, ozone, sunlight, and water, making it a popular choice for outdoor and environmental applications. It is also used where resistance to heat, steam, and certain chemicals is required.
Polyurethane combines rubber-like elasticity with high mechanical strength and excellent abrasion resistance. Molded urethane products are often selected for wear components, rollers, wheels, and parts exposed to impact or repeated mechanical stress.
