9ESPCONE 18” O-Ring Measuring Cone

The step-style cone from Global Rubber Products is able to measure 184 of the most widely used ring sizes in five standard cross sections, ¼” through 5 5/8” I.D. (inside diameter). By slipping the O-Ring in to the proper slot at the bottom of the cone, you can determine the cross section. You can then determine the standard imperial size by sliding the O-Ring on to the proper step.

The 9ESPCONE O-Ring Measuring Cone measures the following sizes:

  • 011 through 050
  • 110 through 151
  • 220 through 255
  • 325 through 358
  • 425 through 455

9CONE 8” O-Ring Measuring Cone

The 8” O-Ring measuring cone from Global Rubber Products is a slip-on style cone capable of measuring 121 of the most popular sizes. Four standard cross sections measure inside diameters (I.D.), from ¼” through 3”. To determine the cross sections, simply slip the O-Ring in to the proper slot at the bottom of the cone. Then, slide the O-Ring on to the correct line to determine its standard imperial size. This cone also comes with a diameter measuring tape to measure O-Ring inside diameters of 3 ¼” through 8”, in five standard cross sections.

9MGAUGE O-Ring Sizer

The O-Ring sizer from Global Rubber Products works similarly to a v-belt measuring tool. This equipment makes it easy to find the correct thickness. And, to determine the O-Ring’s size, simply place it around the appropriate semi-circle knobs and expand the unit. The correct ring size will then be displayed in the related window. by placing the O-Ring around the correct semi-circle knobs.

Tape Rule for O-Ring Sizing

We offer two sizes of tape rules, each with a side to measure metric and imperial O-Rings.

Tape #1: is 25.5 inches (648mm) long and measures inside diameters (I.D.) of 2.5 inches (65mm) through 8 inches (205). Tape #1 measures imperial O-Ring sizes ranging from:

  • 037 through 050
  • 144 through 171
  • 230 through 266
  • 333 through 369
  • 425 through 445

Tape #2: is 51 inches (1296mm) long and measures inside diameters (I.D.) of 2.5 inches (65mm) through 16 inches (410mm). Tape #2 measures imperial O-Ring sizes ranging from:

  • 037 through 050
  • 144 through 178
